Here's a list of what I consumed today; who can tell me if I took in all the necessary vitamins/nutrition required for a healthy diet?
Fresh Orange; mustard cress, tomato, raw onion; cooked beetroot; soft boiled egg. two oatcakes with 'olive based margarine spread; small tin of sardines in tomato sauce; fresh red grapes and peach with natural yogurt;
Swede; green cabbage; mushrooms; corned beef; cooked onion (al casseroled in olive oil): a banana with natural yoghurt and an apple.
